ATO Runs when power cycled

Hi,

My ATO pumps for about 15 seconds when it is power cycled.
This is a problem since I have my ATO on a timer.
I suspect there is no way to change this behavior but it might be nice in future revisions if it did not do this.

This delay is now down to about 8 seconds, but still occurs, it has to do with the time required for optic sensor to come on line and have enough power to function. The best work aorund is to restrict the output with a valve so less water is added in these seconds.
