Hello,
My ATO recently stopped ATOing. The sensor wasn't detecting the lower water level and the green light said level so I removed the sensor, cleaned it, and placed it back on its holder but nothing happened. So I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in and as normal the water pumped (as it always does when disconnected), but it didn't fill up to the sensor level. At one point in time while trying to clean the sensor again I guess I pointed it towards my light and it turned on the pump for a few seconds.
So am I placing the sensor incorrectly in it's housing or is this a different issue? The unit is only about 4 months old so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Luciano
