Attaching Macro Frags

I just received a nice frag of red grape caulerpa and three of a red pearly macro. I was wondering if I could attach them to rubble in a fashion similar to coral frags using super glue?

Why not just a rubberband until they attatch themselves? It seems less . . . um . . .what is word . . . artificial, I guess.

Or, you could always try nails.

BTW the red grape caulerpa isnt caulerpa, its most likely to be Botryocladia.

I belive super glue may work, or you could try rubberbanding them to peices of LR, just keep the rubberbands slack enough so it doesnt pinch the plant. One other method might be to gently wedge the macro between a couple pieces of LR.

Thanks. The super glue gel worked perfectly. You can't even tell that they are glued to the rubble. The only concern that I had was the chemical composition of the glue might harm the macro. Time will tell but I don't think it will hurt.

Grave, I'm pretty sure that you're right about it being Botryocladia. I'm pretty new to macro's but have to admit that I think they really add to the tank. Right now I'm trying to grow them in the fuge. I'm afraid that if I add them to the display (as small as they are) my Purple Tang will turn them to gone in less than an hour. I made that mistake once with grape caulerpa (the green one) and you can color it gone.
