Attack of the KILLER Tomato!

OHMYDAMN! :eek1: I added a rose tip anenome, about 3 days ago (thank you Zebrafish) and my nemo clown and Tomato clown have recently begun to host it. They WERE sharing it.... Were... Prior to adding the anenome the Nemo was a bit agressive to the tomato in the tank, but now the Tomato is running the nemo off when it gets near the anenome. I was messing around in there a minute ago, moving a rock that had shifted and when I got within a few inches of the anenome. WHAM outta nowhere the Tomato starts head-butting my hand... LOL!!! I was like WHOA MAN - I am not going to take it away. Is this typical behavior or do I need to look into some tomato sedatives to chill this lil monster out?

Once they start hosting they will consider the nem their "home" and will protect it from intruders.

We have a Midas Blenny that likes to hang out around our RBTA and our female clown gets pretty defensive at times against the Blenny.

Ah ok... I will make note to stay "out of his bubble" lol

LOL - praying there isn't a little dead clown body when I get home, those two were getting a bit violent when I shut the lights off last night... Doing a sideways shimmy tail shaking thing at each other and dive bombing one another... A total loser leave town match I tell ya .. :debi:

Try having 2 Black Clowns and 2 Marroon's in the same tank, they are both aggressive. I have been bit by them all moving rocks around. I have even watched one of the blacks grab the marroon by the lips and drag it away from their clay pot.

They have a gorgeous Midas at the LFS - I really want to add him to my tank.
