Keep us posted. Good Luck

Thanks DUDE! I never realized you pretty much have the same thread going until just now. I read the whole thing and found some helpful hints. Hopefully I can get a few as far along as you did. Right now I have about 80 of the little buggers swimming around.

Yours seem to be way ahead of mine at that stage. I wonder if I'm doing something wrong.

that was a great video. how long was it before your clowns started their ''dance''?
do you remove them as soon as they hatch?

Ludwig,
thanks for that awesome video. You have inspired me! Time for me to start researching, I would love to start raising clowns. Are they cheaper to raise than the human kind? The two females i'm raising are costing me,,,,,,,,,,,my hobby :D

They started to "dance" at 7 or 8 days (shortly after metamorphosis). I added the live rock rubble and they are still hovering over it.

Two weeks have gone by and no deaths since the metamorphosis stage. There are 65-70 of them. They are getting weaned off of brine shrimp now.

can you give us a few do's & don't what you have learned throughout your journey of starting with phyto, rotifers & then the raising of the clowns?

A few PM's on how to do all this. Here is my suggestion and how I did it: Read, Study, then read and study some more. Start with Phytoplankton, then try rotifers, hatch a few brines for practice and you are ready! Cleanliness is a huge factor in a sucessful outcome.
