Attempting to pair yellow watchman goby

Well, i ran across a small yellow watchman today that was priced cheap, so i decided to give it a shot. He is 1/4 the size of my female that has been around for 2 years now. I placed him in a plastic container with holes drilled in it to introduce them. So far no aggression from the female. She is going over to see him, but not trying to get at him or anything. I will leave him in the container for a day or 2 before letting him swim free just incase. I will update and post pics if he survives.

The new goby has been in the plastic container in the tank now for about 4 to 5 hours, and all is good so far. The female has gone over several times to see the new goby, but hasn't acted like she wanted to kill it or anything at this point. The smaller new one in the container seems to be more aggressive actually. He flares up and starts trying to look big when the female comes around him. Since he is so much smaller then her, i don't think that will be an issue though.

Well, the female was fine with him the entire time he was in the container. She was laying right by it and showing no aggression at all. I left him in there anyway for 24 hours, then released him, and she went after him like a bass on a minnow lol. Like Jekyl and hyde. He has managed to find a good hiding spot that even i can't find him for now lol. I guess if i get a chance i will catch him and try another one in a few days.
