I just wanted to say thank you for the outstanding customer service and lighting fast turnaround from your service department. Not only are your products awesome, you are an outstanding company that stands behind your products.

Thank you!
Matt

This is just standard business for EcoTech Marine. In my opinion and that of many others, ETM is the best in the business when it comes to how they treat their customers. They often go out of their way for first time customers, second-hand owners and even, at times, out of warranty items. Friendly representatives and quality products, matched with fast and simple customer service. I never understood why companies like Neptune Systems don't do thing in such a customer-friendly manner. If I own an EcoTech product, within the warranty period, and there is a problem that customer service can confirm, EcoTech IMMEDIATELY sends out a replacement item, with a return label. This is how it should be... not left up to the customer to pay to ship it back to the company, wait for them to confirm the problem and THEN send out a replacement. In this hobby, we don't have time to wait any longer than necessary, to get broken hardware back up and running. This is where EcoTech gives you piece of mind to know that will stand behind your investment and its product, as opposed to a company that inconveniences you, makes you buy spares and looks for a reason to deny warranty claims. When you buy an EcoTech product, you're getting the product and so much more! Thank you EcoTech!!!

Without going into too many details, my 3yo Radion gen3 died a few days before leaving for vacation. My flight is today and they turned it around so quick, my tank is now back to normal and I can leave for vacation with peace of mind. UPS delivered the package only a few hours before I have to leave to catch my flight.

Thank you again Ecotech!

Wow, I'll have to try again. That was the opposite of my experience. A two week-old wet side replacement for my MP40 seized up. After running the gauntlet sending pictures and information, they stopped replying and closed the ticket. When I protested, they said I have to pay postage for and insure my entire pump (including the 3+ year-old dry side, which is running fine) and set it in - all for a newly defective wet side. Not a happy camper.

I have had the same experience, cannot say enough good things about them. Makes me really consider spending the money on their lights just to have the peace of mind.

My Neptune experience- I purchased a use WAV kit and one of my pumps died. Even thought the pump was less than a year old and under warranty, Neptune refused to replace it because I wasn't the original owner. I told them that nowhere on the packaging did it state that the warranty service applied to the original owner. And that in our hobby most people buy and sell used equipment so they should have clearly indicated this policy on they packaging. Did not get me anywhere. Shameful.

Well I won't comment on Neptune because this is an Ecotech forum.
