Many people say "point the biopellet reactor at the skimmer"
My tank was full of bacteria as you can see from my tank in the pics and the skimmer did not skim any more then it normally does

I got a PVC T (that would slide over my intake/volute on skimmer pump) w/threaded top and screwed in a push-lok fitting for 3/8" or 1/2" tubing and simply slid the T over my skimmer intake with the effluent tube from BP reactor pushed into the push-lok/john guest fitting. Guaranteed to run 100% through skimmer.

So Randy, How does one culture aerobic Bacteria that convert nitrate to nitrogen gas to dose along with vinegar to keep the "good" Bacteria dominate and to help keep NO3 in check???????????????????

you're cloudy tank was/is about 4 weeks away from producing substantially more in the skimmer.

I think it unlikely you will get aerobic bacteria to do that to much of an extent. But as any bacteria grows and builds its tissue, it incorporates lots of N and P into its bodies. That is how N and P decline with aerobic bacteria growth.

I C , I think I'm gonna go ahead and leave a lg reactor of carbon just downstream of my vinegar dosing and leave it for quite some time to see what happens as far as No3 reduction? Something worth trying, perfect medium for growth. Thanks for answering my ?'s
