No auction. Board decided that it wasn't going to happen unless I wanted to do on the side but they didn't tell me that until last night

There is a frag auction every quarter this year. There was already one this quarter. Last one is in Dec I beleive since there is an educational topic and BOD elections in Oct, and Brian Greene's BBQ in Nov
