It might be a good idea to get all the folks at the swap to sign some cards and send them through the mail. It might be a bit more tangible than the Email.

I think that is a great idea- these online coral/fish vendors have been VERY good to our little club this month... I'll go pick some up and bring them to the auction.

I just finished the flyers and was curious if these donations should be added before they go out.

I wouldn't worry about making the flyers current- there will liekly be more donated before the auction anyhow. Just as long as people get the idea, we should be good!

Pure Captive was indeed g/c, and Reef Kingdom emailed me that they would like to donate... we are ironing out how and what now...I feel very lucky to have such great people to work with on this!
