Chris and Nick Sarris have offered to host a meeting
SATURDAY, AUGUST 18, at SARRIS UNDERWATER CREATIONS.
For those of you who are not familiar with this store, its off I-459 EXIT 6 behind Arby's. I forgot to ask them what time is good for them I'll post the time tomorrow.
That's the date mark it on your calendars. No more "are we gonna have a meeting...oops the month is over" posts.
Let's keep this thing going. Unless our officers object, the meetings will be held the third Sat. of every month, starting with August 18. Excluding holiday weekends in which case it will be the following Sat. So mark your calendars for the rest of the year. Sorry I'm not trying to be an @$$ hole, but this has gone on long enough.
Topics of discussion:
1. Fish, Corals, etc.
2. Setting a specific date every month for a meeting (i.e. the third Sat.)
3. Possibly doing a Sun. evening meeting during football season if enough people want that. I know some people have church on Sun. evenings too, we can vote on it at the meeting. Chris and Nick said they would be willing to do meetings after they close on Sundays(5:00) if there was a need for that.
4. We need to either collect dues or let the website go, we can't expect Allen, or anyone else for that matter, to pay out of their pocket for another year of service .
5. Anything else Y'all want to talk about, be it club related, reef related or other.
Again, I'm not trying to step on anyone's toes, or **** anyone off, but we need to keep this thing going.
