Should I feed my torch or will it stay healthy and grow from just water changes?

I love the stuff you gave me. That is the torch people rave about and I can't see the orange. It looks brown to me. It was great to see you yesterday. How is everything?

i like to feed em a mix of mysis and cyclops at night or before the light turn on.. they get huge!(in my tanks)
