Australian Harlequin Tusks?

Hi,

I just missed a golden oppurtunity to aquire a gorgeous 6" Aust. Tusk that was at the Diver's Den. It wasnt there long. I hesitated in pulling the trigger because I thought it might be just a little too big and therefore uncomfortable in my 55 gal. system even though I believe that you guys give a minimum tank size of 50 gal. Anyhow, I dont know if I made the right decision or if I will live to regret passing up this fish, but I would like to know if anymore Aust. Tusks will be made availabe at the Diver's Den in the near future? I would prefer a medium sized one of between 4 - 5 inches if that is possible. Anymore in the pipeline? Thanks so much!

Capt. Nemo,

Thank you for your inquiry. Sorry to hear that you missed out on this beautiful fish. We do carry these in our Diver’s Den quite frequently and suggest signing up for our email alerts. This will send you an email when new items are added. We have included a link to this feature.

The minimum tank size for the Harlequin Tusk is 50 gallons. As long as you follow the general rule of ½ inch of fish per gallon, this species should do well in a 55-gallon aquarium.

Sincerely,
