auto feeder

going out of town 3 days and considering a auto feeder, its a 240 5 tangs couple other smaller fish and a couple corals. everything else is on cruise control but food, thanks for any replies on anyone's experience with these.

I have an apex feeder, works well...but to be honest, if you fed your fish extra well in the days leading up to your time away, they'd be fine for 3 days.

I have the apex feeder. Use it everyday at noon. It's funny how right around noon all the fish start to swim right where the pellets drop. They must have an internal clock that tells them food time is near.

I would get the autofeeder and use it as primary source of food. I have tangs and other fish doing very well with just NLS pellets. You can use frozen food as a treat and to keep your fish socialized to you.
