Auto top off problems.

Wondering if anyone have this type of problem? I have had this thing set up and running for about 1 month, now starting to get problems. My float valve that shut off and turn on the feed pump keeps jamming. Luckily I got 2 valve setup so that incase the first one jams, the second one will still shut off the feed pump. My question is why would the first valve keep jamming. I noticed the float going up when water level is high, but it won't turn off the pump. I tried cleaning it by soaking it in vinegar, scrubbing it, and it still jams. I got a snail guard, and made sure to look at it closely to see that there are no snails in there. How do you guys clean your float valve, or should I go get another one? I am kind of confused at this point, not sure why its not tripping off the pump.

Is your kalc dip near it?
What kinda valve is it?

Using Mrs. Wages in the bucket . and the drip line is right above the valve, but have since moved it from the last jam. I soaked it in vinegar for the whole day Sunday. Working fine yesterday, today jammed again. 2nd valve is still working.
