Auto top off suggestions

I'm looking to get an automatic top off system. Looking for suggestions.

Check out the DIY forum here on RC...there are lots of people that have made ATO units...they're especially popular with the nano/pico crowd

No experience with it yet, but the Tunze Osmolator gets alot of positive feedback. I'm hoping to get one.....some day.

The Tunze Osmolator is fantastic. I have had mine for about a year and it is flawless. It has an optic water level sensor that is quite accurate.

My water is made in another room by RO/DI. it is stored in a bucket higher than the tank. The water runs above the hung ceiling to a float valve at the tank where it fills the tank. I use a 3/16" hose so even if the valve stuck I would not get much water on the floor. The tank evaporates about a drop every 4 seconds.

After doing some reading the Tunze Osmolator looks to be the safest way. Where as float switches are prone to sticking/clogging causing floods.
