Autoshutoff Question?

hi guys. I just want to start off by saying thanks for all the help and great service!!!
I bought a KENTS T 2000 autoshutoff a month back, I have a weird shaking going on with the unit? it seems to fill the sump just fine but for some reason it cycles off and on for short periods of time after the sump is full. its like it wants to start up again??
it is plumbed right and I have 0 TDS. any ideas on how to stop this or what the cause its?? I'm afraid it'll shake the lines right out of the unit eventually LOL.

Hi John,

This is very common, however I am unsure of the actual cause of this. I would recommend giving Kent a call dirctly to their tech support line. The number is 770-578-9768. If you have any problems at all please let me know.
