well the problem will be the import / export permits....
you can talk to rich next week after x-mas is over and see what He says...

I know he has posted in the past of the issue ... CITES permits can be a pain!

also you would want to check with your customs folks on how they would handle the inspection and holding process....
you want the critters in a running tank as soon as possible...

Thanks for the Kudos!

I used to ship all over the world, pre 9-11.
Was not a problem at all, I successfully shipped to South Africa, Lebanon,Belgium, many times, France, Germany, Iceland a few times....the list goes on....BUT now, it is all but impossible, unless you have very big pockets, and a lot of time to wait for permits....like many months.

Permits and fees exceed $600.00US for each shipment, and are near impossible to obtain in a timely fashion.

So it became so problematic, I gave up on shipping rock international, however live sand and critters can be shipped without the long wait, and less permits are involved, about $250.00 each shipment.

Wish it was like the old days for yall across the pond, but it just not like it used to be!

The live rock can harbor saltwater terrorists and possibly weapons of mantis destruction.
