I have both a neck cleaner and skimmate locker and they are very well built. It's been a while but I believe they shipped quickly.

My neck cleaner had a hairline crack where they machined the latches and I let them know about it. I believe they offered to replace it but I just told them if keep it and have it replaced if it ever broke.

The skimmate locker uses a pressure sensor instead of a mechanical device which I think is more foolproof.

You are welcome to look at them if you want.

I've been thinking about these as well. After having my external skimmer overflow a couple times (in the basement), it might be time to pull the trigger.

I built their CS1 cone skimmer, sea bones 1 calcium reactor and effluent chamber. The skimmer works very well and is very adjustable. I haven't hooked up the calcium reactor yet because my calcium and carbonate demand isn't high enough to need it yet. As mentioned by others in this thread, their customer service is very responsive. I would recommend their products.

I've got their DIY version of the Bio-Pellet reactor and Kalk Reactor.

Both are well designed and instructions are easy to follow. Kalk Reactor works as advertised. The bio pellet reactor doesnt do anything to my system, but I dont think that's due to the product, but rather due to my system not doing anything with pellets.

I'm going to reuse the reactor for GAC and it should work just fine.

I would happily buy more products from them.
