awesome packing practices, all livestock very healthy, but

Hello, I recieved my order from liveaquaria earlier today, and I have to say, you guys have the packing process down, I was very impressed. All the inverts were in great shape for being in a box for 24 hours, and all 3 ORA acro frags were showing polyps, and the quadruple bagging was another plus, very thorough. My only issue was (and not badmouthing you guys in any way)The german green w/ blue polyp is a little smaller than stated, and unlike stated, barely encrusted, but the color is excellent. I realize i got it on sale and am lucky to even get one, but it was the spendiest ORA i've gotten yet. I guess it could be cause ORA is pumping them out a little faster than before.I have always suggested liveaquaria, and will continue to, I just thought you guys should know about it.
also, fedex is weird. my package went from rhinelander to indianapolis, to minneapolis which maybe is faster, just seemed funny. and I live 5 minutes from the station it comes from, but was on the truck from 8am, until 2pm when I received, but again everything looked very happy.
EDIT-one of the shrimp didn't make it.
Live aquaria is top notch, and will have my continued (and my fellow aquarists) business!

Notenoughtanks,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for any confusion that has occurred with the tracking and delivery of this package. It is great to know that you have received the package and were able to acclimate all of the new arrivals to your tank.

We would be happy to discuss compensation for the shrimp and the coral if you would like to PM or call us at 1-800-334-3699 to provide us with your order information.

Just for some added info, I recently received the same coral (blue polyped green acro) direct from ORA and it was teeny weeny, so you still probably got a better deal with LA :D
