Can you premix both Alk and Calc with the top off water?

No.

Only if you have two separate and independently functioning topoff units...the alk and calcium components can not be mixed together without causing precipitation.

you could mix the alk with the topoff, and then just dose the calcium manually (saves you a little bit of work but not much)
