B&W Clown... possible problem, please help

I'm not sure if I have a problem or not. I have 2 b&w clowns. I noticed the female has 2 white spots. I've been looking through the web for pictures I can compare to, but have not found anything very helpful yet. Here's the best photos I've been able to get - I'll keep trying to get better. These are pretty good, but I'm concerned the resolution for posting on the web is not good enough.

One of the marks appears to be barely hanging on, it's the one on her right side between the front and middle white stripe. The second is on her left side, between the middle and back stripes. Clownfish otherwise acting normal.

I don't want to panic and or stress her out by putting her in quarantine if it's nothing to worry about.

Thanks.

Are they breathing harder and neglecting to eat? if not, I wouldn't worry too much damsels are very hardy and can fight through a lot of diseases.

Also I wouldn't QT it if you don't have aggressive fish chasing them around. Just that by the time you catch'em, they're already stressed out.

ummm... it's great that damsels are hardy... unfortunately, I don't have any damsels... this is an ocellaris.

all fish are acting normal... no hard breathing... eating as usually. I'm hoping someone can identify the spots. If they can't be identified... maybe she's just picked up some stuff off the sand. Both fish like to rearrange the sand bed, and sleep between the glass and an open brain coral... so maybe it's just something she laid in... I'm hoping.

How long have you had them? If they are new I'd be concerned a bit.. If you've had them a while I'd say she just rubbed the rocks.

I've had them about a year. I do have an anemone that I added a few months ago. They have not hosted, but they do inspect it from time to time. Currently the female hosts an open brain coral. Last night the mark on the right did come off. The one on the left side is still there, but it is much smaller.

I'm still keeping a close eye. Nothing new to report. The spot on the left side is still there - no change. I was wondering about scales... but not exactly sure what that would look like.

I have a few(4) black and white ocellaris (not in the same tank)and when one would loose a scale from bikering amongst themselves or with other fish, it would look a lot like that. If that's what it is, it should disapear in a few days. :)
