Kigs- If you dont mind me asking, how much did you pay for the flake? PM me if possible. I checked out their site looks great, and sounds like they treat you really well! I noticed they didnt have anything mentioning thtat they get flakes in, how long did you wait? again you can pm me this stuff to keep it out of the forums.

Yes, I'll definitely be trying to breed them. I think the snowflake's a bit young at the moment though

contact Jody at TEC :)

I think I spoke too soon. After the pics were taken, they stopped hanging out together. The good news is, the female is completely ignoring the snowflake, not even bothered by its presence. I guess she doesn't think it's much of a threat...talk about a blow to the male's self-esteem

Could you just imagine a black snowflake? That would be a $1000 fish for sure. I just love thos snowflakes. Just bought a pair.

They look good together.
That is what I wanted to do with my 1 snowflake, but I do not have the time or space. Good luck with them in the future:)

I think I'm far away from ever seeing any offsprings. The female b/w is continuing to ignore the snowflake and only concentrate on hosting her zoa colony. :mad2:

Why is there such little to no interest from the female? I occasionally see the snowflake following around the female, but mostly they hang out on opposite ends of the tank. I mean...it's good that there's no aggression, but kinda weird.
