Baby blue tang with adult mimic/ sailfin tang

I've been looking for a Blue regal/hippo tang for a while and the ones that are usually for sale are tiny.
Right now hes in my 20g quarantine tank hes hiding under the sponge filter and does not do a lot he is about the size of a quarter.
I am wondering if it is safe to put him in my main tank with my 4" sailfin, 4" mimic tang, paired clowns, paired bangaii's, lawnmower blenny, royal gramma, fire fish and mandarin.

well I transferred him and hes been doing awesome and growing very fast, aggressive eater and he hangs out with the male clown 24/7... they even sleep together floating near the surface at the overflow

when i first got mine and it was the size of a nickel, and he was in the same tank with all my adults. He did fine actually he seem liked he own the tank.
