baby clown

I just got a baby clown , false percs , to go with my female . The baby is about 1 inch in size . The little guy did pretty good last night with the female but today he is on the bottom of the tank . HE seems to act fine but he just doesn't leave the bottom of the tank. Is this normal ? Is it just submissive behavior due to being the smallest fish in the tank?

any torn up fins ?

seems to be .He is in the middle of the tank but from what i can tell no torn up fins or rapid gilling

THE ODD BEHAVIOR REGUARDING HIDING OR STAYING IN ONE PLACE IS JUST CLOWNFISH BEHAVIOR IT WILL NORMAL OUT
IF THEY ARE NOT FIGHTING AND HE IS SUBMISSIVE YOU WILL BE OK
