baby on the way. can't neglect tank anymore

have found myself so busy with things around the house that I have neglected my tank. I am putting my livestock and supplies up for sale and switching to freshwater (less maintenance). for sale:
ocellaris clown-$10
cleaner shrimp-$10
tiger pistol shrimp-$10
all other inverts in cluding multiple snails(turbo, nassarius, and more), two fighting conch, two emerald crabs, hermit crabs-$30
clam derasa-$30
10-20lbs live rock-$50 takes it all
pink birdsnest-$20
orange digi-$15
cabbage leather-$10
green nepthia-$15
kenya tree-$10 takes alot
green star polyps-$20
tan star polyps-$10
pipe organ coral-$15
green torch with three heads-$30
green candy cane with 7 heads-$20
pink pocillopora-$15
green with yellow zoas-$20
I also have some other sps that have lost some color and not the greatest polyp extension I might throw in. these have all been grown under T5 lighting. I will have equipment for sale after livestock is gone.

rock is in a 30 gallon and I will scrub the heck out of it if you want. there is some hair algae.
