Baby snails?

Can someone tell me what these things may be? Our big turbo snail hasn't moved in 2 days and this morning I see a ton of little tiny snail looking things on the rock of our tank. Pics are in our profile. Any help would be good... just want to make sure they aren't bad for the tank.

My guess would be Collonista snails. (harmless)

Looks like it... Got home from work today and they have all disapeared... Is that normal?

Yeah, that's normal. There more of a nocturnal grazer.
