The snails are helpful grazers. Why would you want to get rid of them? They can fit into areas which other snails cannot. In time their population should stabilize and you will see fewer of them.
If they are in fact baby snails and you really feel the need to remove them then pick them out. There are some fish which may eat them. Look into the wrasse family. Chances are you wont get rid of all of them, and if a fish eats them it has to poop them out.
