Baby starry puffer with ich

I have 1" baby starry puffer that caught ich along with my other fish. I set up a quarantine and treated with cupramine and prazipro together. Will my puffer be okay with the cupramime? It's only been one day since they have been in there and a lot of the fish has improved since I put them in. The puffer is the only one in a corner not swimming. Any advice would surely be appreciated.
