Bacteria boom??

Hi, another newbie. I set up my tank about a week ago. Did a water change the other day and as soon as I put the new water in, the tank went extremely cloudy. It still hasnt fully cleared. I did the relevant tests and everything is at 0ppm. Is this a Bacteria boom??

You could have kicked up some dust from under rinsed, super fine sand. Look into calcium precipitation - that's a possibility. BTW you are in the REEF FISH forum. This question will be seen by more people & you'll likely get more & better responses in the NEW TO THE HOBBY forum.
