Bacteria infection

Ok I have a problem where all the sudden one of my fish had a white patch on him that look like it was eating the skin scales away and fins he died and now look like its spreading to other like my naso and purple . What can I do to save them ? I have a reef as well so can't put copper in

Do you have pictures of the affected fish? The symptoms described may or may not be indicative of a bacterial infection. Also, what is the history of the tank, when was the last fish added, do you quarantine etc.?

Tank is 8 months old . Yes I quarantine fish and been over a month the last time I added . Can't get a good pic but it like white patch sorta and it looks like it eats the fins and or scales away . Fish is still eating good though .
