Bad Anemone

I thought they were pretty at first, but then bam like a million aiptasia. They're killing my zooanthids I think.

Those are not good, but there are several ways to get rid of them, or at least keep them under control. I personally have only used a peppermint shrimp to control them. However, I spotted them early on, while they were small, and very few. There are other things like Joe's Juice that others have used, but I have not personally used that. I'm sure there are other things that will work too. Hopefully someone else will help out.

What I usually do is I put some hot water in a syringe and shoot it right in his mouth. I do put about 5ml in it and it kill off right away. A lot cheaper that way.

i cant seem to kill mine with hot water. ive tried lemon juice, and calcium to. they pop out eventually
