Bad Bubbling Problem

Hi, I have a Red Sea Max and when I get up in the morning I always find my tank with a thousand tiny bubbles coming out both outtakes. And the owners manual has some solutions for it but none have worked yet. I think it might be the skimmer because also, I haven't been able to fine tune it. Any suggestions?

What I found the bubble was in mine was that the pumps were sucking up the carbon bag and blocking the inlet of the pumps.. Try removing the carbon and bio ring bag and see if that solves your problem..
