Bad customer service???

Has anyone had a good experience with Marine Depots customer service?

I have emailed them twice and left a vm, but no response. Does it take a long time to get responses?

It has been a few days, should I continue to wait or order somewhere else?

Thank you for your feed back, I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. Emails are answered within a 4 hour period from when they arrive, during business normal hours.
Our Call center Hours are 7-6 Monday thru Friday and Saturdays from 8-4. We normally experience higher call volumes in the morning rather than later in the afternoon. If you have further trouble getting thru to our call center, please feel free to Private message me your phone number and I will be happy to return your call.
