Bad experience

Well I just had an order from them placed last weekend,got delayed thanks to FedEx plus the box arrived damaged,leaking and late delivered (was told around 9>10 and got home @ 4) all the LPS were with no water & cold as ice.Took pics for evidence just in case talked with Greg which BTW great guy,really friendly and courteous told me that he personally was tracking my order and not worry about the corals if they didn't survive a credit would be issue after the "7" days live guarantee.He just asked me to place the corals in my tank and keep and eye.Long story short my tank turned into a almost milkshake due to all the left over tissue from the corals that were dying/stress from the delivery.Lucky me I had 10gal of premix water ready just in case,none of the corals that I bought from BZ survived and my tank is still in stress/shock,hopefully I'll get a positive response from them (BZ) once I call them today.Will keep everyone update! sorry for the soap opera story.
 
Myself and a couple other locals did a small order of fish and inverts. All I can say is that I was impressed with the specimens shipped out, the packing was top notch and everything arrived safely. I will be ordering from Blue Zoo again soon.
 
I have had numerous successful shipments from them including one last week.

Never a problem getting a call back either. :thumbsup:

We just want to say thank you to everyone who has been posting positive experiences with our company. I swear this one particular thread just refuses to die. lol

We try, as a company, to make sure that every single person who orders from us has a positive experience in the end no matter what. The fact of this business and hobby is that sometimes things will not go as planned. To us, what defines a company is not that mistakes never happen, it is how those mistakes are handled when they do occur.

I live in Texarkana which is Texas just alot further away from BlueZoo and in my Last 3 orders I have just about filled up my tank, I have talked to Kris and Mike and both are very knowledgable. I have been on NR for a little while and just came to RC, and I am more than happy to make my first post about this. I have dealt with F&S and they are good but these guys are my choice.
 
I've had bad experiences ordering fish online in the past [cough Thatfishplace cough] but I've been very satisfied with all 6 orders I've placed with Blue Zoo. I plan to order from them again in the future.
 
i'd like to see their bima liverock that they have in their holding tanks or via customers that purchased bima liverock through them and see if it compares to the pics on the website in terms of quality, shapre, corraline algae.
