bad eye Perc?

I just noticed my larger True Perc has one blue eye... She is in a tank with one smaller perc, and a mandarin goby. I've had her for over two months now and i never noticed this before, what would cause her eye to turn blue?

Is it a cloudy blue? If so it could be an indicator of poor water quality or an infection of some kind.

Pic would be great...Is it puffed out? or just a change in colour?
