Well i just placed an order with you guys. I did not read your part of reef central before placing my order and i would like to be assured that everything is fine and there is no back ordering or anything.

This forum seems to have alot of people bashing you guys and i hope that it is just a few bad experiences or misunderstandings

That is definately an opinion. Check this thread out. Unfortunately it is not a rare thing and think about it, people do not enjoy complaining about bad customer service...I know I don't. I just want to get what I paid for and things go smooth as they should.

if you had a good experience with them you were very lucky. just look at the thread i brought up a few days ago. thats what you should expect when they have problems.

lying is one thing, but personal attacks is a total shot in the foot!
aquacave keep up the good work of making yourself look bad!

My shipment arrived in tact. Very timely. Complete. No arguing. Good communications with aquacave. I am very pleased

HOw is my post a bad experience? Am I complaining in my thread about bad service?

I'm simply stating I'm having some issues with the bulb and want to confirm that the bulb I need is the correct one and for some assistance.

Dont think my thread is more than what it is.
 
you have had better luck than me. I ordered a power supply for my leds 2 years ago, it came in last week! :worried::hmm5::eek2::hmm4::(:furious::confused::uzi:
 
We just got our order today, right on time, with everything we ordered, including our new return pump. Yes!!
