Bad service

Well i orderd a couple stuff about 2 weeks ago a mushroom coral, shaving brushplant and a sponge but the sponge is not here yet i am very diapointed on the shaving brushplant and the packaging when i opened it EVERYTHING was wet and the shaving brush plant was DEAD i will never buy from DFS

Sorry to here that, I had an excellent experience at eTropicals and the line of stores has a great reputation on the board.

Have you contacted them to see if they would resolve the issue.

give them a call im sure theywill make everythinmg right for you. at our lfs we ahve several good whole alers tha we oreder form religously ans ometimes on box fo fish is soaking wet inside. it snot necesarly because of them but because of the whole shipping process.

I doubt there was a problem at all. Is this the same fishguy13 that is banned out of the chat rooms of every reef site?

If there was a problem though, I'm sure liveaquaria will take care of it, they always do.
