Badly bleached(?) Nem I.D. please

Picked this guy up from LFS, sold as BTA. Believe it or not it looks 10x better in this pic than it did when I brought it home. Lets just say it was cheap...is it a bubble tip? its about 3" across fully opened, very short tentacles with greeninsh tint, brown foot. White "crosshairs" pattern on mouth. IMG_5588.jpg
 
Can a bta like this be nursed back to health? Will it ever look more like your stereotypical bta (long tentacles with bulb tips) or will it always be stunted? I've fed it twice over the past month, small piece of krill, accepted and pooped the next day
 
Yes, it's a BTA. And yes, it can definitely be nursed back to health. It will need very good water quality and regular (3 or so times/wk), small feedings of fresh seafood such as shrimp, krill, squid, PE mysis.
