Bali aquarich fish owners??

I just learned of this company and I'm interested to see how many of you have one or more captive bred species from Bali Aquarich. Please post the species, how it's doing (or didn't do), what kind of system you have, and purchase price (if you don't mind). This is really intriguing to me and I'd love to get some captive bred fish, especially when I set up a FOWLR which would include large angels. I understand the annularis is one species, and that will/was certainly on my list. Thanks in advance!

Su Wen Ping the owner of Bali has made some real breakthroughs with captive bred Angels. Scribblers, annularis, Clarions and majestics. He had some issues with the really small Scribbled Angels but since has started sending out larger ones with success. I think he has maze Angels too

More than anything else they are known in America for breeding designer clowns. Unfortunately, their large captive bred fishes aren't as widely known/spread as their clowns.

They also have goldflake/flagging hybrids

That's sweet. Does anyone import them in the US? From what I hear BA's largest markets are Asia and Europe and we here get the leftovers. At least when it comes to clowns, most of the ones that come in are lower end of even the highest of the grades.

There are some places (LFS) that use them, met a few at MACNA that use them. There are several Angels he offers I will be getting for my 625g so I will let you know how hard or easy it is to get fish from him. I know there is a slight language barrier going on...

Dmorty I believe we've spoken before on the subject. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help...

They are from Bali. I wondered why they are "so big". I thought I become two more smaller but when there are problems with more smaller ones I understand now. In Europe we say the best ones go to USA or Japan. The rest go to Europe [emoji1]

The price is in Europe about 2.500 till 3000 EUR = 2730 till 3280 $

Looks like Liveaquaria Divers Den has them now and again. Right now they have a Blue Girdled angel (Pomacanthus navarchus). So that's another we can add to the list!

He also has been working on Conspics but if I remember correctly the female of the breeding pair died so I'm not sure if he got another or not. Ted knows more about that than I do but he has been MIA for awhile now on here
