Ballast & Bulb Upgrade Question/Help

Currently I have a 70w DE HQI Metal Halide fixture(20"). I am looking to upgrade it to a 150w DE Metal Halide light...

Here is a link of a ballast that I found, and I wanted to see if you guys had any experience with this brand... or if its that right ballast. I would like to try to stay as inexpensive as possible(without compromising to much quality).

Also, where should I buy a bulb?

That ballast will run the 150W bulb.

Most ballasts are pretty reliable, I don't think you should have any problems.
