ballast wiring question

anyone know how to wire one up? I have a extra wire, this is the ballast, my old onejust has four wires this one has five, 4 red and one yellow, any ideas? http://fulham.com/Detail_Ballasts.php?ID=WH5-120-L

could it be the grounding wire? you would need a 3-pronged plug to incorporate the grounding wire.

I'm sure it is, but this is my bad, there are two red wires at each side but one of them has a yellow wire w/ it (likely a ground), on my part that hookes into the bulb there are only 4 wires , 2 blue and 2 red

You can get the wiring diagrams from the Fulham website. I think this should give you the wiring details for a 2x96 PC fitting.
