ballasts

My plug fell off of my ballast. It is a Triad ACCUstart 5 ballast. The wires are 2 white and 1 black. Does anyone know which wires go where on the ballast?

Never mind. I looked under the tape and the correct color coded wires are there.

Trav- It is to the old black tank canopy. T5's. It seems not to be making a connection well between plug wires and ballast.

It still isn't working. I hate this part of the hobby!

Sheryl I will be down in the area this evening. If you like I can swing by to assist in repairing the ballast.

If I don't smash it with a hammer before then...I would love for you to have a look at it. What time do you think?

How long are they suppose to last anyway?

Kevin had to take it to the ballast hospital in Stillwater where he will attemp to revive it. He is a kind, kind man.

He came by with his most charming son (who must take after Suzie. I said kind, not charming.) Nothing was wrong with my plumbing except python overflow.
