what i found the fry would eat was prawn eggs. Someone mentioned this above, but back in 2000 Guy C sent me a package of prawn eggs, these were tiny tiny eggs, but its the only non living foods my "banggers" (my term for banggai fry) would strike at and eat w/ gusto. I didn't have luck w/ cyclopeeze or even froze baby brine.
I read recently a few folks having success w/ a number of nonliving foods-- so I guess-- try em all.
Your photo of the bangger eating the sally frozen brine is interesting. I'd be concerned that the adult frozen brine is too big and may have the potential to choke a few fish, esp in light of your photo, the fry clearly has its mouth still open
