Bangaii Cardinal feeding question.

Ok I've seen these guys in other tanks, and I got one in my tank roughly 2-3 months ago (I forget the exact time I got it, but it was at least 2 months, maybe 3).

Presumably this is a very shy fish? He tends to stay away from higher flow areas of the tank, and when I feed the tank he tries to get out of the way while all the other tank mates gobble up the food I put in there.

Which brings me to another question... what the heck do they eat? I have never seen him eat anything, I mean I have an autofeeder with flake food so I'm not watching the tank every time food hits it, but it at first worried me, however after the months passed I've become less worried figuring he would have starved by now if he wasn't eating anything.

I've had a bengaii for a couple years now. He is shy and a picky eater. He does go after mysis and live Blackworms though.

I've had my bangaii for a year now. In my case he comes straight to the glass and for as far as nipping at me when he thinks there is food.
He will only eat frozen mysis or brine shrimp, nothing else.

I feed frozen every 3 days just for him.

I have two in my 60cube. They're very small. Maybe an inch each or slightly bigger but they swarm the front of the tank along with the other 4 fish in my cube when I feed. I feed a mix of LRS reef frenzy and fish pellets twice a day in small amounts.
