Bangaii cardinal not eating

Bangaii Cardinal not eating..so i bot 1 pair of bangaii cardinal..i triend to feek them with OF artemia shrimp, hikari pellets, bloow worms but they dont eat..plz help.

My Bangaii never took pellets, that is a common thing with them.

If you can get some live brine it should go after it. After a couple days mix a little frozen brine in with it. Once you wean it to straight frozen brine you can mix other things in with it.

Have you tried using Mysis Shrimp soaked in Garlic extract? Mysis is a lot meatier than brine shrimp and also Garlic somehow entices many fish to eat.

If frozen mysis doesn't work you're in trouble. I've had mine a few weeks and they are starting to accept freeze dried plankton. Soaking freeze dried in Selcon is a good trick too. They're taking the plankton just in time as I'll be away for a week and have to rely on auto feeders. I had a pair for a few years and they were taking pellets after several months but for sure they can be finicky.

Thanx for ur replies..i just sold them to my friend he said he will take care.. now my firefish not eating wat to feed it.

Water quality is good,

Filters are liver rock live sand tank 6 months old.

These fishes are caught from philippines sea they are very finicky about eating.
