I have a banggai cardinal and am looking at getting another. What are the chances of them breeding? If anyone has information on how to breed these guys it would be appreciated.

The trick is to figure out which is male or female. I personally find it difficult until they are 'fully grown'. We now have a mating pair, after a couple failed attempts of matching our male with females that turned out to be males...oops. Few sites available, but my favorite is:
