Bare bottom

Quick question, Would it harm the sea horses at all to make my tank a bare bottom. I like the look and the ease of cleaning with a bare bottom tank.

Tank is a 95 gallon with a 40 gallon sump, I have Sand and rock in the Sump with chato, Have about 20G of sand in sump right now.

All my seahorse tanks have always been bare bottom, as were pretty well all my reef tanks for most of 20 years. Personal preference only, no scientific benefit that I know of.
