bare ground Calcium chloride?

has anyone used Bare ground brand ice melt for calcium chloride dihydrate in 2 part mixtures? Could any of you chem experts tell if this looks safe for reef use based on the msds?

There's no way of telling without a lot of expensive testing. That said, people seem to be successful with a lot of brands of calcium chloride.
