Bartlett anthias just hanging with cleaner shrimp??

So I had four bartletts and my boss male went carpet surfing prompting me to cover the tank. Month later I definitely had a new male and everything was fine... Last three days he has just been hanging in the rocks with the cleaner shrimp. Moving, doesn't appear to be breathing heavy no marks on him... Doesn't even come out to eat but appears to be fine. Anyone seen this before? Scaring me a bit obviously.

Just reading now that if you have two anthias turn male (might have happened, hard to tell) that one can force the other to hide until they starve to death. Great...

How often do you feed? What do you feed?

4-5 tiny meals a day due to my anthias demands. I rotate between those marine pellets, mysis, cyclopeeze, rods etc... He is normally eating like a maniac
